Protection Tips for Chartering a Motorcoach |
Transportation: Round trip via deluxe Prevost
Motorcoach manufactured by a subsidiary of Volvo Corporation, equipped with
restroom, air-conditioning, adjustable lounge seats, tinted windows, public
address systems, and video systems.
Accommodations: You have a
wide range of hotels, from budget inns, to luxury resort hotels. You can plan
your trip to meet the budget requirements of your school.
Sightseeing: All sightseeing tours, guides, and admissions are covered
in the tour price as outlined in the itinerary. If you would like to make a
change or addition, it could cause the price to increase /decrease a little.
Meals: Meals are covered as stated in the itinerary. Breakfasts
are normally at your hotel, while dinners are at local restaurants.
Luggage Handling: Luggage service is not included, unless requested.
Free Chaperones: We will build into the cost as many additional
chaperones beyond the one free per 20 students already included. Free
chaperones are roomed in double occupancy. Some attractions charge more for
extra adults. We will advise you of the extra charges in your contract.
Customized Tours: When you book an Educational Tour, your
itinerary will be specifically designed to meet the unique needs and budget of
your group.
Security Guards: We will arrange for security
guards for each night of your tour, responsible only for your group. This is
optional, included only if requested.
Booking: Upon booking you
will receive our Tour Confirmation and tentative itinerary and we request a
$200.00 deposit to confirm your reservations.
Deposit: An
additional payment as stated in your Tour Confirmation will be required 60 days
prior to departure. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to departure
except for 2nd party deposits that are non-refundable. Within 30 days of
departure cancellation fees will apply.
Final Payment: Rooming
lists and final payment are due 30 days prior to departure then a finalized
itinerary will be processed and sent to you. Late payments will be assessed
penalty fees.
Trip Cancellation Insurance: As many have
requested, special trip cancellation / interruption insurance is available. If
purchased at the time of your initial tour deposit, all pre-existing condition
exclusions are waived. Call our office for details.
Free
Brochures: We will provide brochures with itinerary, lodging phone numbers,
and other tour information at your request.
Insurance: All
passengers are covered by liability insurance while on the motorcoach. Holiday
Tours, is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles or luggage.
Disclosures of Conditions and Responsibility: Holiday Tours,
Inc., acts solely as agent for transportation companies, hotels, restaurants
and other providers of travel services, and therefore, Holiday Tours, does not
assume any liability for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay due to any act
of default of any company or person engaged in transporting the passengers or
rendering any other travel service. The itineraries shown in this brochure are
planned at this time and are subject to revisions should circumstances make
such changes necessary. Holiday Tours reserves the right to decline, to accept,
or retain any person as a member of any tour, or cancel or alter any tour if
circumstances require it. No refunds will be made on meals, sightseeing
services, or any other part of the tour not utilized. Payment of a deposit will
indicate acceptance of all herein mentioned features and conditions by the
purchaser. |
